We started crafting our hand-made granola in a small restaurant kitchen in
Carrollton, GA. Now, thanks to many happy customers, we are in our beautiful new commercial kitchen located in Tallapoosa, Georgia. It is here at Beech Bottom Farm that our nine varieties of granola are baked weekly. We use unique
combinations of organic rolled oats, seeds, nuts, and dried fruit. Then, we lightly
sweeten with either locally produced raw honey or maple syrup from a small family farm in upstate New York. With nine granola choices, each one packed with fresh flavors and good stuff, we hope we have your new favorite granola!

 

In addition to our granola we also offer a line of savory biscotti crisps handmade
from scratch each week in our kitchen. These are a delicious blend of wholegrain spelt flour and the same nutrient packed seeds, nuts, and dried fruits used in our granola. Great on their own as an afternoon snack or dressed up as part of a cheese board at your next cocktail party, we believe our crisps will become a required staple in your pantry.
